Welcome to the first healthy home tip! Hopefully the “healthy home” concept will become clearer as I post more. My vision is that the healthy home tips will help you develop a more connected relationship to your home, help you use your home in a way that supports your daily activities, help you to fully appreciate and love living in your home.
Health Home Tip 1:
Use/do something that you’ve been saving for a special time. This “something” is going to be different for everyone. For me, it’s lighting candles. I have a tendency to keep my candles hidden in a drawer and never light them. But by doing that I don’t ever get to enjoy them. Now I keep a few candles on my desk and light them when I begin to work. So take whatever are you saving for a special day and make today special by using it!
